WTPF Work/Life Forum

The WTPF Work/Life Forum supports the development of comprehensive work/life programs in the greater Washington Metro area. It acts as a catalyst to improve employee effectiveness and productivity for public and private sector employers, and serves as the premiere regional resource for access to cutting edge work/life issues and programs.

The WTPF Work/Life Forum was originally established as the Metropolitan Washington Work/Life Coalition in 1995, in response to a need to provide professionals with innovative, practical, and cost effective work/life information and resources as demographic and systemic changes redefined the workplace. Over the last decade the coalition membership has represented a diverse range of public and private sector employers in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
