About WTPF

Welcome to WTPF–The Business Forum for HR Professionals. Now in our 49th year, WTPF is a nonprofit association comprised of Human Resources professionals and thought leaders from corporations and government agencies in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area. WTPF membership offers programs and services to well over 1,000 individual HR professionals.

WTPF programs and services focus on four main objectives:

• Provide a forum for collaboration among those engaged in Human Resources.
• Promote the exchange of ideas, examination of common practices and problems, and develop mutual assistance among members.
• Foster and advance the professional development of individuals engaged in Human Resources disciplines.
• Promote ethical and non-discriminatory practices in the Human Resources field.

WTPF collaborates with other Human Resources organizations to maximize the value and quality of programs presented to our members and guests. We strive to address the local issues faced by our member organizations in all areas of Human Resources to include talent management and human capital strategies.
